Alan Rogers has said on Twitter that Steve Cooper’s Nottingham Forest should not sign Morgan Gibbs-White from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window.
The former Forest defender believes that the promoted Premier League club should not pay £40 million for Gibbs-White this summer.
Rogers, though, does believe that the 22-year-old attacking midfielder is a terrific player.
The Telegraph have reported that Forest are interested in signing the English playmaker from Wolves and are close to meeting the £40 million valuation of the youngster.

What should Forest do?
In our view, Nottingham Forest should not spend £40 million on Morgan Gibbs-White, especially as he has not done enough in the Premier League.
Yes, the youngster was brilliant for Sheffield United last season during his loan spell.
But that was in the Championship.
The England Under-21 international scored 12 goals and gave 10 assists in 35 Championship starts for the Blades last season.
In 47 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career, Gibbs-White has scored one goal and created two big chances.
