Charly Musonda has joined Celtic on loan from Chelsea in the January transfer window.

Musonda has joined Scottish Premiership giants Celtic from Premier League powerhouse Chelsea in the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has moved to the Bhoys on an 18-month loan deal.
Former Belgium assistant manager Borkelmans has backed the Belgium Under-21 international to be a success at Celtic.

The 54-year-old former Belgium international defender has also stated that the presence of Dedryck Boyata at Celtic will help Musonda.
The 27-year-old Belgium international defender has been on the books of the Glasgow giants since the summer of 2015 when he joined from Manchester City for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £1.5 million.
Celtic will return to action on Tuesday evening when they take on Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership.

Borkelmans told The Scottish Sun about Musonda: “It is a very good move for Charly. He’s going to a great club which plays entertaining, quality football. He is a No 10 and an excellent technical player.”
“Musonda has to play 90 minutes regularly at a high level,” added Borkelmans. “Then we will see how strong he is and how good he can be.
“He is a boy who sees things quickly. He is very fast and extremely talented. He will be a top signing for Celtic.”
Borkelmans further said: “Of course, it will also help Musonda tremendously that Dedryck Boyata is already at Celtic. It’s always nice to go to a club and have other players there from your country.”
