Vincent Janssen is not having a good season for Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen is not having a good season. The 22-year-old striker has scored only one goal and has provided just one assist in 21 Premier League matches for Tottenham so far this campaign.
According to The Daily Mail, Spurs paid AZ as much as £18.5 million in the summer of 2016 in order to secure the services of the Netherlands international.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move away from the North London outfit in the summer transfer window. According to a recent report in The Daily Mail, Turkish giants Galatasaray are interested in signing Janssen and are willing to pay £15m to secure his services.
Janssen, though, seems to want to stay at Tottenham and told Yahoo Sport UK when asked if he is confident that he will be at Spurs next season: “Yes I think so. We will see.”
The Dutchman is young and he has talent, but has he done enough to merit another chance at Tottenham?
Spurs are coping well without the injured Harry Kane at the moment, but Janssen is struggling and is not even guaranteed to play in the absence of the England international striker.
The youngster may be interested in staying at Tottenham, but the club chiefs could be looking at someone better as back-up to Kane for next season.
