Tottenham Hotspur are due to complete the signing of Vincent Janssen in the near future.

Vincent Janssen has told Dutch website Noordhollands Dagblad that his move to Tottenham Hotspur is on the verge of completion.
Janssen arrived to train with AZ Alkmaar this morning, but was sent home with the deal in its final stages now.
Spurs and Alkmaar are reportedly edging closer to agreeing a fee for the 22-year-old, with both parties keen to get the transfer over the line.

And Janssen said: “AZ and Tottenham are now talking. It is not yet hundred percent but it looks good. Otherwise I was going to train today.
“I am pleased that the clubs are now talking to each other. I now go home and wait until I get a message. It might take an hour, but it may take longer.”
Tottenham’s pursuit of Janssen has been a prolonged one, with the two sides involved struggling to agree an acceptable price.

However, it seems that a compromise has been met – after Janssen publicly expressed his desire to move to White Hart Lane.
Janssen is likely to provide competition for Harry Kane, as Mauricio Pochettino looks to strengthen his forward options for next campaign.
Janssen will become Tottenham’s second signing of the summer, following the arrival of Victor Wanyama from Southampton earlier in the transfer window.
Janssen netted 27 goals in 34 Eredivisie appearances for AZ Alkmaar last term.
