Janssen has undergone surgery, and hopes to return to action for Spurs.

Vincent Janssen has posted a heartfelt update to Tottenham fans on Instagram after undergoing surgery on his foot, stating that his operation was successful and that he cannot wait to play for Spurs again.
The 24-year-old went on loan to Turkish giants Fenerbahce for the 2017-18 season, but only managed 18 appearances for Fener, scoring five goals and creating four.
He now returns to Spurs as third-choice striker behind Harry Kane and Fernando Llorente, with his chances of first-team football unlikely after a disappointing first campaign at Spurs that saw him score six goals in 2016-17.
However, he posted on Instagram a message to fans stating that his operation was a success and he is eager to return to action sooner rather than later.
It remains to be seen how long Netherlands international Janssen will be on the sidelines after his operation, after admitting that his run towards the end of the season at Fener he was playing with an injury.
The former AZ Alkmaar forward has two years remaining on his Spurs contract, and he will be desperate to return and gain a chance to show Mauricio Pochettino that he has a part to play in north London.
