Former Tottenham boss is finally going to sign Oscar, who he missed out on to Chelsea.
Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas is finally going to sign one of the four players he said he was denied by chairman Daniel Levy during his time in charge of the club.
Villas-Boas’ is currently in charge of Chinese Super League side Shanghai SIPG, who have agreed a spectacular deal with Chelsea to sign Oscar for £60 million, The Guardian reported.

Brazil international Oscar went on to become a key member of Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea side, but has found himself out of favour under Antonio Conte, making only five Premier League starts.
AVB is a long term admirer of Oscar, naming his denied transfer as one which tainted his time at Spurs.
He told Portuguese television station TV1 in 2014: “The chairman proposed a challenge to increase Tottenham’s competitive level, but immediately [Luka] Modric left and we didn’t get any of the targets I had identified, such as João Moutinho, Willian, Óscar or Leandro Damião.
“These were promises that were not kept. I had a group of players I had not chosen. In two years I lost Van der Vaart, Modric, Bale, and all the promises made were unfulfilled.”
Chelsea’s Oscar
Villas-Boas left Spurs in late 2013, and he later took over at Zenit St Petersburg, leading them to the Russian Premier League title.
