Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira winning against Nuno’s Tottenham Hotspur as manager of Crystal Palace.

Palace have got the better of Tottenham 3-0 at home in the London derby.

Japhet Tanganga was sent off in the 58th minute for two bookable offences.

That saw Spurs go down to 10 men and allowed Palace to pile on the pressure.

Wilfried Zaha scored from the penalty spot in the 76th minute, and Odsonne Edouard then added two goals.

Former Tottenham striker Lineker was following the match, and he has given his take on Vieira winning against Spurs, this time as a manager.

The French legend won games as a player against Spurs when he was at Arsenal.

Palace played well against Spurs in the London derby and deservedly picked up all three points from the encounter.

Spurs could not really create much and failed to threaten the Palace goal.

It was Spurs’ first defeat in the Premier League this season, and head coach Nuno will be disappointed.

However, we must consider the fact that Spurs had quite a few of their big players missing today, including Son Heung-min.
