Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has admitted that he needs to work on his Italian before he joins Inter.
Inter fans will have been licking their lips as they watched Nemanja Vidic’s performance for Manchester United last night.
The Serbian defender was on superb form and played a pivotal role in shutting down Bayern Munich for most of the game as well as opening the scoring with a well-taken header.
The Italian press have heaped praise upon Vidic’s showing and he has been widely labelled Man of the Match.
It all bodes well for Inter, who have agreed a deal to bring Vidic to San Siro this summer when his contract with Man United expires.
One thing that Vidic will have to work on though is his Italian language skills as he admitted in a post-match interview.
“I am still a Manchester United player. I am concentrating on the Red Devils and will give my all for this club until the end of my contract.
“I will think about Inter when the end of June arrives.”
