West Ham United’s Simone Zaza has been working hard in training ahead of the Hammers’ return to Premier League action at the weekend.

West Ham United completed the season-long loan signing (with an option to buy) of Simone Zaza from Juventus at the end of last month, and the club today uploaded a video to their official Twitter page showing the Italian in action.
The Hammers search for an out-and-out striker over the summer was an arduous one, and looked like ending in failure until they managed to get the deal for Zaza over the line.

West Ham fans are understandably excited to see the 25-year-old Italian international in action for their club, and Zaza will be hoping that he can develop a bond with the Hammers faithful similar to that of his fellow countryman Paolo Di Canio.

Slaven Bilic’s men host Watford on Saturday, with the game at the London Stadium likely to be the first chance for fans to see the former Juve man in action, but in the meantime, West Ham have uploaded a series of clips from the club’s training ground this morning to their official Twitter page, showing Zaza displaying his acute finishing:
If he can replicate that kind of finishing in the Premier League for the Hammers, there is no reason why his loan move will not be made into a more permanent one next summer.
