Kane, Fabregas, Adebayor: if your daughter brought one of these players home, which one would upset you the least? Arsenal fans play a game of ‘would you rather’
Harry Kane. Tottenham Hotspur’s forward and golden boy of White Hart Lane. Cesc Fabregas. Former Arsenal captain turned Chelsea title winner. Emmanuel Adebayor. Star striker turned star silder, who mocked Arsenal fans right in front of their face when playing for Manchester City. All these names make Arsenal fans’ toes curl. But if their daughter had to bring one of these rivals players home with them, who would they been least angry about seeing?
HITC Sport travelled to the Emirates to have a little fun with Arsenal fans, taking part in a classic game of ‘would you rather’.
Tottenham’s Harry Kane
“Well my daughter already goes out with a Tottenham supporter!” exclaimed one Arsenal fan, who admitted that the decision hadn’t gone down great when originally announced. “He’s the spitting image of Harry Kane as well! But he’s a lovely guy, so I’m going to say Harry, just for that reason.”
“Cesc Fabregas, straight away” said another Arsenal fan. Another said “Adebayor” straight away, suggested that his absolute hatred for Harry Kane, and the fact that Cesc Fabregas was a “traitor” was enough to sway him towards the former Manchester City striker.
Another fan suggested that he couldn’t go for Cesc Fabregas, because the player had already proved that, when things are going great, he’d just get up and leave!
