After a tremendous start to the season under Garry Monk, Leeds United fans are starting to dream.
After climbing to fourth in the Championship table, following an impressive 2-0 win over Steve Bruce’s Aston Villa, Leeds United fans are currently sat comfortably on cloud nine. Under former Swans City manager Garry Monk, the Whites have gone on to make their best start to a Championship campaign for many years, playing a fast and exciting brand of football along the way.
New signings such as Pablo Hernandez, who played for Monk at Swansea, as well as defenders Pontus Jansson and Kyle Bartley, have rejuvenated the club ten-fold, and after getting Chris Wood scoring, Garry Monk appears to have gotten Leeds fans dreaming of promotion.
With that in mind, we asked Leeds United fans what promotion back to the top division would mean to them.

“it would be fantastic…just brilliant” said one fan, as others hearkened back to a repeat of the “glory days” and the fact that Leeds United are and should be “a Premier League team”. One fan even suggested that he would have to get another job to afford the season ticket!
You’ll struggle to find a more loyal fanbase than Leeds United, and it’s clear to see how much it would mean for their loyalty to be finally rewarded with results.
