Brazil are one of the favourites in win the World Cup in Qatar – and Tottenham star Richarlison looks as if he is raring to go, with a video emerging of the Spurs man scoring a stunning goal in training past Manchester City’s Ederson.
Richarlison, 25, is one of 11 players in the Tottenham squad that have travelled to Qatar after being picked to play for their countries in Qatar. That list includes the likes of Harry Kane, Hugo Lloris, Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and more.
It comes after the Spurs summer signing returned from injury just days before the tournament is due to begin. He came on as a sub in the Carabao Cup loss to Nottingham Forest, before starting and playing 70 minutes against Leeds.
He looks sharp. Brazil have an incredible list of attacking options. Richarlison will be hopeful he is considered to start in Tite’s side. In training, he looks ready. Brasil Edition posted a video of a bicycle kick, scoring past Ederson.

Richarlison will do well to start. Tite has picked a World Cup squad that includes an illustrious array of attacking talent. Neymar, Antony, Raphinha, Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr, Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Martinelli, Lucas Paqueta and the Spurs ace.
But in terms of centre-forwards, Tite may turn to Richarlison if he plays Neymar in the 10 role. Richarlison’s record for Brazil is impressive, scoring 17 goals in 38 caps. Brazil start their campaign on Thursday, with a clash against Serbia.
If he is going in to the World Cup in the form he is showing in training, though, he has got to start. His goal against £35m City star Ederson is beautiful – the stopper does not even move. He could return to Spurs a World Cup winner.
