Spurs fans will be delighted to see Janssen on the scoresheet for the Netherlands.

Tottenham Hotspur have started the season very well, but one concern for supporters has been the struggles in front of goal of new signing Vincent Janssen.
The Dutchman was brought to White Hart Lane in a £17 million deal from AZ Alkmaar this summer after scoring 31 goals in all competitions for the Eredivisie side last season.
However, so far this term the 22-year-old has only managed to hit the net once in 10 games for his new club, with that strike coming in the EFL Cup win over League Two Gillingham.

He may be struggling at club level, but he gave a perfect demonstration of his goalscoring talent on Friday evening by keeping up his superb scoring form for his country with a stunning strike in the World Cup qualifier against Belarus.

That will be a hugely encouraging sign for Spurs fans to alleviate their concerns about the striker. Janssen took eight Eredivisie games to get off the mark for AZ last season; he ultimately hit 27 league goals in the campaign.
Meanwhile, Spurs centre-back Toby Alderweireld was also in action for Belgium on Friday, and he too came up with a sumptuous goal, backheeling a corner kick into the back of the net.
The international break can be a dull time for football fans, but those two goals will have given Spurs supporters something to shout about ahead of the return to domestic action next weekend.
