West Ham United have suffered badly with injuries in recent times, but continue to take a full blooded approach to training.

Mark Noble of West Ham United looks on during a Pre Season Friendly between Manchester City and West Ham United at the Laugardalsvollur stadium on August 4, 2017 in Reykjavik, Iceland.

West Ham United have posted a video of Mark Noble lunging into a tackle with Diafra Sakho in training.

West Ham have suffered badly with injuries over recent seasons, and watching Noble fly into a challenge in training may not be exactly what Hammers fans wanted to see.

Sakho, himself, has suffered badly with injury problems – but Noble appeared to be taking a full blooded approach to training yesterday.

Noble’s whole hearted attitude to training has been famed, and is one of the reasons why he is captain of the club.

But West Ham can ill-afford to take any risks with injury, especially with their attacking options limited currently.

Both Michail Antonio and Manuel Lanzini are on the treatment table at this moment in time, and Bilic will not want to lose any more of his key attacking players.

Bilic is under pressure to find the winning formula at the London Stadium sooner rather than later, with West Ham sat in 18th place in the Premier League table.

The Hammers are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Swansea City.
