Everton’s Bryan Oviedo has posted a video of himself as he goes about a remarkable recovery from a broken leg.
Everton star Bryan Oviedo is back in training just three weeks after a double leg break, which threatened not just his season, but his whole career.
Hearts were in mouths when the 24-year-old Costa Rican went down during the FA Cup game at Stevenage with images at the time showing a bad double fracture, just above his left ankle.
The determination he’s shown since going straight to hospital for surgery is completely unbelievable as he posted a video of himself for fans, cycling away on a gym bike as he recovered.
The huge grin on his face says it all and he could now give Roberto Martinez a huge boost with a potential return before the end of the season, when it looked at one point like he wouldn’t be playing until next August.
