Swansea City knocked Brentford out of the FA Cup today.

Swansea City are into the last eight of the FA Cup after hammering Brentford 4-1 at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.
The Swans actually went behind to an Ollie Watkins goal, but roared back in style to dump the Bees out of the competition.
An own goal from Brentford goalkeeper Luke Daniels set Swansea on their way, before Daniel James ran half the length of the pitch to score a remarkable goal.
Ezri Konsa was sent off just a matter of minutes later, with Bersant Celina scoring soon after, and George Byers made it 4-1 late in the day.
Swansea will have hopes of heading into the semi-finals, and winger James should play a key role for Graham Potter’s side.
James, 21, saw a deadline day move to Leeds United fall through, as reported by the Yorkshire Evening Post, and it remains to be seen whether the Whites come back with a new bid this summer.

For now though, James has to get his head down and work hard with Swansea, and he showed his quality with a stunning goal.
The video below shows James using his blistering pace to get away from the Brentford defence, leaving them in his wake as he slotted home, showing just why Leeds wanted to sign him – and what they’re now missing…
