Arsenal have arrived ahead of the FA Cup semi-final against Wigan Athletic.
Today is perhaps the biggest day of Arsenal’s season so far.
The club are desperate for silverware this campaign after nine years without – and looking at the teams left around them in the semi-finals they are right to be hopeful.
Hull City are beatable Premier League opponents, Sheffield United a League One side and their opponents this evening Wigan Athletic are a Championship side – regardless of their status as reigning champions.
Today Arsenal fans are full of hope – and another reason behind that is the return to full fitness of Aaron Ramsey.
The Welshman returned to action last weekend in the 3-0 defeat against Everton at Goodison Park – but he is expected to start the game today – his first start since Boxing Day of last year.
And with that in mind who better to lead the team into Wembley this afternoon.
Arsenal have released a quick Vine of their boys arriving – led by the in conversation Aaron Ramsey and Lukas Podolski – with Kim Kallstrom coming in behind.
We have team news from London and Kieran Gibbs and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have come through fitness tests – although Tomas Rosicky is unavailable.
Meanwhile Yaya Sanogo will start the tie.
Here are the teams…
Arsenal starting XI: Fabianski, Sagna, Mertesacker, Vermaelen, Monreal, Arteta, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Cazorla, Podolski, Sanogo
