Tottenham Hotspur continue to be linked with Julio Torres.

Tottenham Hotspur haven’t made a new signing for more than a year now, but that run may be about to end.
Spurs have gone two straight transfer windows without making an addition to Mauricio Pochettino’s squad, leaving many baffled by their inactivity.
In recent days though, a bizarre rumour has emerged. Reports from El Dia in Bolivia claim that Blooming talent Julio Torres is set for a move to Spurs despite being an unknown.
It goes so far that Torres has no Wikipedia page, no Transfermarkt page, and barely any trace of him as a footballer other than claims that he’s in the Blooming ranks having initially been in the Tahuichi academy in Bolivia.
Described as a right winger, the 21-year-old Paraguayan has virtually no playing history, yet it seems that a move to Tottenham may actually be happening.
Red Uno in Bolivia interviewed both Torres and agent Gonzalo Aciar, and even put together a video which showed the youngster signing Tottenham paperwork – presumably a contract.

Torres will – allegedly – head into the Tottenham reserves late next month, with agent Aciar claiming two other English clubs wanted his client before Spurs agreed to sign him.
Torres claims he is fast and has good technique, meaning he could be one for the future, but it’s fair to say that Spurs fans will still remain sceptical given the complete lack of information about him.
