Liverpool beat West Bromwich Albion 4-1 this afternoon.

Liverpool returned to second in the Premier League table following a 4-1 victory over West Bromich Albion at Anfield today.

A Luis Suarez hat-trick and a fourth from Daniel Sturridge saw to the visitors, with their consolation strike coming from James Morrison.

Two goals in in five first-half minutes put the hosts in control, as Suarez first beat two defenders and fired home, before then finding the net with a powerful header.

The Uruguayan striker’s third came 10 minutes into the second-half, when he headed in a Steven Gerrard free-kick. And while Morrison reduced the arrears from the spot, Sturridge grabbed a fourth with a wonderful chip with 13 minutes to play.
