‘Very shrewd signing’: Liverpool told to bid for 25-year-old midfielder

Don Hutchison has said on Twitter that Liverpool should sign Nicolo Barella from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window.

The former Liverpool midfielder believes that Inter midfielder Barella would be a very shrewd signing for the Reds.

The pundit has added that Marcelo Brozovic of Inter would also be a good recruitment for Liverpool, but he would prefer the former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners to secure the services of the 25-year-old Italy international midfielder.

Could a transfer happen?

Barella scored three goals and gave 12 assists in Serie A last season, and scored three goals and provided seven assists in the league in 2020-21.
