TalkSPORT pundit Ray Parlour has praised Tottenham Hotspur forward Dejan Kulusevski for his performances this season.

The former Arsenal star has said on talkSPORT (6:27am, May 26, 2023) that Dejan Kulusevski has been very good for Tottenham Hotspur this season.

The 23-year-old forward has had injury problems this season, but the Sweden international has done better than many of his teammates.

The Tottenham no. 21 has made 22 starts and seven substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.

Kulusevski has scored two goals and given seven assists in those games.

During the second half of last season, the youngster made 14 starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for Spurs.

Kulusevski scored five goals and gave eight assists in those matches.

There is speculation that Tottenham will certainly make Kulusevski’s loan deal from Juventus permanent.

Parlour said about Kulusevski: “He has been good, very good, yeah.”

Dejan Kulusevski needs to do better for Tottenham Hotspur

In our view, Dejan Kulusevski needs to do better for Tottenham Hotspur.

Now, we have to consider that the £110,000-a-week (Spotrac) winger has had injury problems this season.

However, when the Sweden international has been fully fit and firing, he has not been at his best.

We saw in the second half of last season just how good Kulusevski was at beating players.

We have not seen much of that from the 23-year-old this campaign.

It is clear that, like many of his Tottenham teammates, Kulusevski has to do better.
