Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting to reports that Neco Williams could be sold this summer for £10m.
The Wales international isn’t first-choice at Liverpool, having only played 12 Premier League games in his career, and understandably, he’s keen to find another club that can offer him first-team football.
The Reds are looking to get an eight-figure fee for Williams, and as you can imagine, this report sparked something of a reaction from the Liverpool fanbase.
Reds supporters were over the moon to hear that they could receive such a fee for Williams, and to be fair, we can understand why.
£10m for a back-up right-back who has hardly kicked a ball in the top-flight of English football is a great deal, and if the Reds can secure such a windfall from selling the right-back it would be a great piece of business.
