The Liverpool midfielder hasn’t impressed at all so far this season.

Virgil van Dijk spoke to reporters after last night’s win over Porto and raved about Liverpool ace Naby Keita’s display, labelling the midfielder as a ‘fantastic player’, as quoted by Sky Sports.
Keita, 24, joined the Reds from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2018, for a fee believed to be worth somewhere in the region of £52.75 million, but he has struggled to live up to expectations at Anfield.
The Guinean ace has shown glimpses of his best form in recent weeks, however, notching up two goals in his last two games, and he is beginning to look more like the player who was so impressive for Leipzig last term.
And Van Dijk highlighted how Keita has really impressed him day-in, day-out on the training field since joining Liverpool, as quoted by Sky Sports:

“He’s a fantastic player, obviously we see it day-in, day out, and I’m happy for him that he’s starting. Two goals in two games, I’m pleased for him.”
Keita undoubtedly provides Liverpool with something different in the middle of the park, and if the 24-year-old can rediscover his best form between now and May, he could be a real asset for Jürgen Klopp’s side as they look to achieve glory on two fronts.
