A potential target of Glasgow Rangers already knows what it feels like to play well at Ibrox.

Rangers thumped St Mirren 4-0 at Ibrox back in February.
It was something of a freak game in the sense that there were four penalties awarded for the Gers – three scored, one missed.
Rangers fans might remember the controversy surrounding Jermain Defoe winning the spot-kicks, or James Tavernier smashing one against the post, or Ryan Kent coming within the width of the crossbar from scoring one of the great goals of last season.
What they might not remember, however, is Vaclav Hladky’s performance.
The Czech goalkeeper played a blinder in goal for the Buddies and, if not for him, it would’ve been far more convincing for the hosts.
You need only consider the fact that three of the light Blues’ goals were penalties to know that Hladky – who faced 25 shots on goal that day [BBC Sport] – played very well indeed.
And interestingly, he now says that manager Steven Gerrard is interested in signing him. Speaking to The Scottish Sun on Tuesday, the 28-year-old confirmed that he had interest from Ibrox.
If it’s true, it seems plausible that his performance against Rangers made a lasting impression on Gerrard and time will tell whether a move materialises.
