United States men’s national team striker Folarin Balogun has just signed with Rich Paul’s Klutch Sports Group.

Paul founded the sports agency in 2012 and immediately signed his close friend and NBA superstar, LeBron James.

The agency also represents Anthony Davis, Draymond Green, Tyrese Maxey, Jalen Hurts, and Odell Beckham Jr.

USMNT star Folarin Balogun has become the latest high-profile athlete to join the agency after the 2026 World Cup.

Rich Paul explains why Klutch Sports wanted to sign Folarin Balogun

Folarin Balogun was expected to be a key player for the USMNT at the 2026 World Cup, but he exceeded expectations.

The 25-year-old was the United States’ standout performer at the World Cup, scoring three goals in four matches.

However, Balogun became a household name in world soccer due to the controversy surrounding his red card against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

His one-game ban was suspended after the United States president, Donald Trump, called FIFA president Gianni Infantino.

Balogun was then allowed to play for the USMNT in their Round of 16 against Belgium, which they lost 4-1.

Balogun’s profile may now increase even further after signing with the Klutch Sports Group and joining LeBron James.

“Folarin Balogun is one of the most talented and influential players in global football today,” Paul said, per The Hollywood Reporter.

“His relentless ambition and cultural impact represent the standard of excellence we hope to continue to bring to the sport.

“We are incredibly proud to welcome him to KLUTCH and excited about everything we can build together.”

The agency could be tasked with negotiating Balogun’s potential move to the Premier League in the summer transfer window.

He has spent the last three seasons with AS Monaco and has arguably earned a move to a Champions League club.
