Everton fans on Twitter have reacted to the rumours that they are interested in signing Danny Ings.
90min have claimed that Everton have joined the seemingly long race for Southampton’s dangerous hitman.
Aside from the obvious Harry Kane, two of England’s most dangerous strikers have been Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Ings.
Some Everton fans feel that the duo linking up at Goodison Park would make them a pretty lethal team going forward.
Whilst goals aren’t a worry for Carlo Ancelotti’s men, it’s always healthy to add depth because it would push those on the blue half of Merseyside closer to Europe.
But given that Ings did once represent Liverpool, other Everton supporters aren’t keen on adding the £20 million to their ranks [BBC Sport].
Plus, Ings has had his fair share of injuries, so that’s another worry for a section of Everton supporters.
