Manchester United’s home troubles in the Premier League continued as they dropped more points – this time against Hull City.
They have now drawn the last three games in the league at Old Trafford, against Liverpool, away to Stoke and now at home to Hull.

There have been cup wins in between, but that so far has been the story of United’s season, not losing many, but recording costly draws at home previously to Stoke, West Ham and Burnley.

The draw was frustrating for United’s supporters, with the Red Devils failing to take advantage of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham all dropping points the night before.
Famous United fan and multiple time Olympic champion Usain Bolt summed up the feeling at the final whistle, immediately sending out a one word message on Twitter which required no more.
This was a big opportunity for United to close the gap on the teams around them, and it was compounded further by Manchester City grabbing all three points with a 4-0 win away to West Ham.
United are due to hammer a team like that sooner or later, but on current form it may not be this season, and qualifying for the Champions League looks just as difficult as it did before they put together their winning run in early December, which has all been undone by their recent record of three points gained from the last possible nine.
