Times journalist Rory Smith also reported Dallas’s impending medical at Leeds, as have BBC Radio Leeds.
The Northern Ireland international will become Leeds’s sixth signing of the summer, following Charlie Horton, Sol Bamba, Chris Wood, Ross Turnbull and Tom Adeyemi.
If all goes according to plan with the medical, Dallas’s transfer could be announced over the coming 24 hours, and he could go into the first team squad to face Burnley in the club’s Championship opener.
Leeds fans have been calling for the club to sign a winger all summer long, with full-back Charlie Taylor having to fill in on the left last season.
Whether they stop at just Dallas is unclear, but his imminent addition is another step in the right direction.
