Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Andy Robertson’s delivery into Roberto Firmino for the third goal against Crystal Palace.

A supporter posted a freezeframe of the pitch before the Brazilian scored in the 44th minute at Selhurst Park.

The image shows Firmino hidden behind Jeffrey Schlupp, James McArthur and Cheikhou Kouyate.

Robertson only has a slither of a gap to aim for if he’s to pick out the ex-Hoffenheim forward.

However, as we now know, the Scotland international whipped an inch-perfect cross straight into the Liverpool No.9’s path.

Firmino took a fantastic first touch, which meant he didn’t even have to break his stride, before poking the ball past Vicente Guaita.

It showcased just how impressive the former Hull City man’s end product is.

The Liverpool No.26 now has five assists in 14 Premier League appearances this season, which is excellent form for a left-back.

Robertson’s incredible assist wasn’t the only good thing he done against Roy Hodgson’s side.

As WhoScored shows, the Scot made four key passes against the Eagles, more than any other player on the pitch managed.

Robertson also recorded two tackles, two interceptions and three clearances in what was yet another brilliant display from Liverpool’s all-action left-back.
