‘Unique isn’t he?’: Some Leeds fans react to Victor Orta’s actions on Monday night

Leeds United fans were loving Victor Orta’s actions at Elland Road on Monday night.

With Leeds’ clash against Liverpool marred by the proposed European Super League, the homes team wore t-shirts bearing the words ‘earn it’ and ‘football is for fans’.

Well, Leeds’ sporting director, was holding up that t-shirt loud and proud as both sets of players walked onto the pitch before last night’s 1-1 draw.

As many Leeds fans know, Orta isn’t a quiet character and if he feels the need to send you a message then he will make sure you know about it.

During Leeds’ promotion to the Premier League, they played Derby County on the final day of the season and Orta donned some binoculars to mimick the spy-gate scandal that had ensued the season before.

And whilst yesterday’s actions were more low key, Leeds fans still loved Orta making himself known.

In the end, he had something to celebrate because Leeds recorded a deserved 1-1 draw, and in truth, they should have walked away with all three points.
