Liverpool winger Harvey Elliott has raved about Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden in The Times.
Elliott, who can also operate as a midfielder, believes that Manchester City and England international midfielder is “an unbelievable talent”.
The Liverpool star made the comments about the 22-year-old while discussing the promising up-and-coming players at Anfield and at other clubs.
