‘Unbelievable’: Celtic player sends message to Aston Villa ace, Declan Rice calls him ‘special’

Celtic central defender Shane Duffy and West Ham United star Declan Rice have responded to Jack Grealish’s post on Instagram following Aston Villa’s win against Liverpool on Sunday evening.

Villa hammered Liverpool 7-2 at Villa Park in the Premier League on Sunday evening.

Grealish – who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger – was the star of the show, as the England international scored twice for Dean Smith’s side.

According to WhoScored, the 25-year-old took three shots, played five key passes, had a pass accuracy of 77.8%, won one header, took 51 touches, and made three tackles, one interceptions and two clearances.

The result means that Villa are second in the Premier League table at the moment with nine points from three matches.

Grealish has taken to Instagram to revel in the success for Villa, and West Ham ace Rice – who can play as a defender or as a defensive midfielder – and centre-back Duffy – who joined Celtic on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion in the summer transfer window – have praised him.
