Talksport has claimed that Leeds have had as many as three bids turned down for White from Brighton in the summer transfer window.
The defender spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at the Whites from the Seagulls and played a key role in Marcelo Bielsa’s side winning automatic promotion to the Premier League.
Sky Sports reported last week that Leeds’s third bid of £25 million has been rejected by Brighton.
Talksport has now claimed that White has agreed to sign a new long-term contract with Brighton and will stay at the club beyond the summer.

Blow for Leeds United?
Described as “unbelievable” and “intelligent” by Leeds central defender Liam Cooper in The Yorkshire Evening Post in April 2020, White reportedly deciding to stay at Brighton would be a blow for the Whites.
The West Yorkshire club need a capable central defender such as White in the team to have a successful season in the Premier League, but it seems that they will now have to move on.
