Arsenal are due to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, but it remains to be seen whether Granit Xhaka will be recalled.

Xhaka was left out of Arsenal’s squad for their game against Liverpool yesterday evening, following his show of dissent towards supporters at the weekend.
Xhaka reacted angrily towards the Emirates Stadium crowd, after being jeered off by sections of the home support on Sunday.
Emery has already suggested that Xhaka should say sorry to Arsenal fans, but no such apology has come.
And when asked whether Xhaka would play for Arsenal against Wolves at the weekend, Emery said: “The decision now is this match, I finish it and I’m speaking with you about this match. Maybe tomorrow, I can tell you a bit more.”
In Xhaka’s absence, Arsenal played out a hugely entertaining match against Liverpool last night, which they ultimately lost on penalties after a 5-5 draw.

The Gunners had the lead on multiple occasions during the tie, but they failed to hold on, as their defensive issues came to the fore again.
If Xhaka does come back into Arsenal’s team the decision would be a hugely controversial one, and he may well be given a frosty reception by some supporters when he does return.
