Arsenal defender Calum Chambers helped his side pick up a 5-0 win the League Cup last night.

Chambers was told to play at left-back for Arsenal against Nottingham Forest, as the Gunners won 5-0, and Emery initially expected him to tighten up his side defensively.
However, Chambers showed his attacking qualities for Arsenal, as he kept getting forward.
And Emery was impressed by the defender’s versatility, even if he did offer more in a forward sense than the Spanish boss was expecting.
Emery said: “He helps us in training, in the dressing room. If you want him to play right-back, centre-back, left-back.
“Tonight I told him when he played at left back be calm here, help and support Bukayo, give the ball to Ceballos. He was overlapping lots of time. He did a very good pass for Nelson.
“He didn’t listen to me!”
Chambers has thrust himself back into starting contention at Arsenal with his last two appearances.

The £16 million defender (Daily Mail) came off the bench for score for Arsenal against Aston Villa at the weekend, and he looked very solid last night.
The Gunners coasted to victory over Forest, as they progressed to the fourth round of the League Cup.
Arsenal are next in action on Monday evening against Manchester United, when Chambers will be hoping that he has done enough to get the nod to start again.
