Villa have now secured a play-off spot as a result of their winning streak.
On loan defender Mings has played a key role in Villa’s strong form.
He sent a message to fans expressing what a privilege he feels to be playing a part.
Mings has become a fan favourite since joining the club in January.
He is a regular on the teamsheet and Villa fans are understandably keen he signs permanently.
