Two years ago today West Ham United put Blackburn Rovers to the sword in the FA Cup at Ewood Park.
They won the game 5-1 but all the goalscorers from that day are no longer at the club.
Victor Moses bagged the first goal and was only on loan from Chelsea. Dimitri Payet scored two, and he made a very high profile exit from West Ham in January 2017.
Then there is the other two goals, scored by loanee Emmanuel Emenike.

West Ham were desperate for a new striker that January transfer window and were linked with a host of names. In the end they managed to secure Nigerian international Emmanuel Emenike on loan from Turkish side Fenerbahce.
He had a good goalscoring record in Russia and Turkey, two areas then manager Slaven Bilic knew well, so the hope was that could translate to English football.
It did not. In fact, these two goals against Blackburn were the only two goals that Emenike ever scored at West Ham.
When he signed, it was reported by the Daily Mail that West Ham had agreed a buy-out fee of £8.3 million if his deal was a success. Considering it wasn’t, West Ham did not make the bid and he was free to go elsewhere.
So have West Ham been made to pay for that decision?
After one more year at Fenerbahce, scoring eight goals in 27 appearances, he eventually joined Olympiakos last summer and despite some good performances in the Greek Cup, he struggled for first-team football.
In January he headed out on loan to join Las Palmas of La Liga but is currently awaiting to make his debut for the club amid reports he is overweight and suffering from a knee injury – as reported by Complete Sports Nigeria.
So, judging by his two years since those goals v Blackburn, West Ham appear to have made the right decision by not spending £8.3 million on the Nigerian.
