The Newcastle United man was outstanding in Vienna.

Newcastle United’s Ciaran Clark played a big role as the Republic of Ireland beat Austria 1-0 in Vienna on Saturday night.
James McClean’s winner on 48 minutes proved enough for the Irish, as Martin O’Neill’s troops moved top of Group D in World Cup qualifying after four matches played.
At 0-0, Seamus Coleman pulled off a critical block to keep out Marco Arnautovic, while the Newcastle man made a goal-line clearance to keep out the hosts.

It was a very assured performance from the Magpies defender, who has been in outstanding form all season after joining Newcastle from Aston Villa in the summer.
And fans on Twitter could not speak highly enough about the former Villan.
Aston Villa’s Ciaran Clark
Clark was one of Newcastle’s cheaper recruits in the summer, having only cost some £5 million, but he has certainly proved a fine signing by Rafael Benitez so far.
Benitez’s side sit top of the Championship by three points – and eight clear in the automatic promotion spots – but a tricky visit to Leeds awaits the in-form Tyneside club next Saturday.
