Some Arsenal fans have responded to Serge Gnabry’s post on Twitter and have urged the Bayern Munich winger to return to the Emirates Stadium.

Gnabry, who has been on the books of the Gunners since 2017, has responded to his former Arsenal teammate and right-back Hector Bellerin on Twitter after doing a podcast together.

The 24-year-old winger – described by former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger as a “very intelligent” footballer who “has no real limitations” on beIN SPORTS in February 2020, as transcribed by talkSPORT – started his professional club football career at the Gunners and left for Werder Bremen in 2016.

During his time at Bayern so far, the winger has won the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal twice each.

The Germany international made 26 starts and five substitute appearances in the Bundesliga for Bayern this past season, scoring 12 goals and providing 10 assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the winger scored 10 goals and provided five assists in 30 league matches for the Bavarian giants, according to WhoScored.

It is hard to see Gnabry return to the Gunners anytime soon, but some Arsenal fans have urged him to do just that, as shown in the following posts on Twitter:
