Ipswich Town’s Danny Rowe is on loan at Lincoln City.

Ipswich Town’s Danny Rowe says he expects the club will want him back this summer although he is open to joining loan club Lincoln City on a permanent basis, TWTD reports.
“From what I’m hearing I think Ipswich might want me back in the summer,” Rowe explained.
“Obviously, I love playing here [at Lincoln City], I get on well with all the boys and there’s a great manager so obviously I would be open to coming back here depending on what football I’d be guaranteed elsewhere. For me I’d love to be back here, but we’ll have to see what happens.”
Rowe joined Ipswich from Macclesfield Town in January 2017 under then-manager Mick McCarthy, but he struggled to make much of an impact at Portman Road.
The 27-year-old winger played a total of 32 minutes of Championship football this season, with two brief substitute appearances under current boss Paul Lambert, but he later joined Lincoln on loan in January until the end of the season.
At the League Two club he has featured heavily, helping the club win the league title and promotion to League One where they will play against Ipswich next season.

The Tractor Boys have suffered relegation after 18 straight seasons in the Championship. Despite improvements under Lambert, the Suffolk side were too far adrift, and the drop was confirmed earlier this month.
Lambert will now be using the final games of the season to decide on who he wants to keep at Portman Road and where they can improve in the transfer market this summer as they will seek an immediate return.
Rowe could be a good wide option to have, and the upper echelons of League One may be his level.
