Fulham duo Slavisa Jokanovic and Ryan Sessegnon would be perfect for Everton.

Following the departure of former manager Ronald Koeman, Everton went for the tried and tested Sam Allardyce as they looked to steer clear of relegation and notably shore up a leaky defence.
The former Bolton Wanderers man has achieved on both counts, but supporters are not happy at the club’s playing style and there is a general consensus that Allardyce was only ever a short-term solution.
Everton are an established Premier League club, and many consider them as a potential top four challenger but currently they are way off the mark and strategic long-term planning must be considered.
Firstly, the Toffees ought to bring in a new manager who can establish a real identity with the club in terms of playing style, and secondly one who would look to bring in younger players with huge potential and develop them accordingly.
Allardyce does not fit the bill on either front, yet one person who does is Fulham boss Slavisa Jokanovic and surely the former Watford manager would jump at the chance of managing the Goodison Park club.

The 49-year-old Serb helped Watford gain promotion to the Premier League, and in his latest stint at Fulham he guided the Cottagers to the playoffs last term while automatic promotion is the aim this time around.
Aside from the results, Jokanovic’s possession-based style of play would be favourable among Everton fans, while his ability to nurture young talent such as Ryan Sessegnon is evident to see.
Sessegnon, 17, has come on leap and bounds over the past six months and is exactly the sort of player Everton should be looking at – a potential world class star who can be at the club for a number of years.
Tottenham Hotspur are the ideal role models for the Toffees, and their success has largely come from the development of younger stars such as Gareth Bale, Kyle Walker, Dele Alli and Harry Kane etc.

According to the Telegraph, Spurs are readying a £35 million deal for Sessegnon while Fulham are looking for a fee closer to £50 million for the left-sided wonderkid who has 13 goals and four assists in 34 starts this term.
Everton need to freshen up their squad, and they need to find an alternative method of closing the gap on the top six without excessively spending big sums on ageing players or foreign gambles such as Gylfi Sigurdsson, Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun.
Sessegnon would be ideal for the Merseyside club as they also lack youth in wide areas, while Jokanovic would be a sound option to bring out the potential in the likes of Ademola Lookman and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
Under the financial spending power of Farhad Moshiri, Everton have the resources to progress but their next managerial appointment must be the right one and one for the long-term.
