Sunderland hero Kevin Ball has singled out Arsenal’s Hector Bellerin as a man to watch this weekend as he highlight’s the right-back’s incredible speed over a short distance, safc.com report.
The Black Cats host the Gunners this weekend with both clubs at opposite ends of the Premier League table.
Arsenal have recovered well from losing their opening game of the season to Liverpool, going on to win six of their last seven matches as they currently sit joint on points with leaders Manchester City.
Arsene Wenger’s side have a number of players who could hurt Sunderland this weekend, yet Kevin Ball has cited Bellerin as one of the main dangers as he lauds the Spaniard’s incredible speed.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a player who is as quick across the ground as Hector Bellerin. I’m sure I heard that he could have been a sprinter if he wanted and I don’t think anyone would be surprised if he was,” Ball wrote in column for the club’s official website.
“He’s good on the ball and he carries a threat whenever he comes forward, often overlapping the wingers and providing assists with the odd goal.”

Bellerin followed in the footsteps of former Arsenal favourite Cesc Fabregas, joining the North London side as a youngster after coming through the youth ranks at Spanish giants Barcelona.
The 21-year-old has made 64 Premier League appearances for Arsenal, and this season he has featured in eight of the club’s nine league games thus far.
Bellerin is widely regarded as the quickest player in the Premier League over a short distance, beating teammate and England international Theo Walcott who is certainly no slouch.
