Former manager and current pundit Ian Holloway predicts Sheffield Wednesday and Bristol City will share the spoils in a 1-1 draw when the two teams meet at Hillsborough on Tuesday, Sky Sports report.
Wednesday entered the season as one of the favourites for promotion following their terrific campaign last year, yet despite an opening day win, they’ve struggled somewhat so far.
The Owls have picked up eight points from their opening six matches, scoring just the five goals.
Bristol City, on the other hand, have started the season well by taking ten points from their six matches while already facing former Premier League sides Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Norwich City.

Writing in his column for Sky Sports, Holloway predicted the Robins to finish in the top ten this season and feels they will pick up another positive result from their game at Hillsborough.
“Bristol City are showing some great spirit this year. I predicted they’d be up in the top 10 and they’re showing that kind of form so far,” Holloway wrote.
“I’m going for a draw here, City came back at Rotherham the other day and I thought that was terrific, but I can’t separate them. I think Sheffield Wednesday will open the scoring but Bristol City will come back at them.”

Wednesday haven’t shown last season’s form just yet, though there were glimpses against Wigan on Saturday that they were heading in the right direction as they put in a decent display.
City head in to the game having come from two goals down to rescue a 2-2 draw at Rotherham United, and now Lee Johnson’s men will be confident of another positive result in Yorkshire.
Bristol City won the last meeting between the two teams, a convincing 4-1 win at Ashton Gate last April.
