Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen.

According to The Sun, Tottenham have scouted Hull City’s Jarrod Bowen extensively, and could make a £12 million move for the talented winger during the January transfer window.
The report, however, indicates that Spurs must move on out-of-favour players Vincent Janssen and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou first, in order to make way for the Tigers’ ace.
The Spurs duo have struggled to settle since moving to North London, with Janssen failing to make a single appearance this season, while NKoudou didn’t make an impression on loan at Burnley last term.
Bowen is regarded as one of the best prospects outside the Premier League, scoring ten goals this term, including a double against Championship leaders Leeds United on Saturday.
The 22-year-old was said to be the subject of strong interest from Everton last summer, but the report adds the Toffees haven’t followed up – leaving Spurs as the frontrunners for his signature.
With Hull City’s owners looking to sell the club, the Championship outfit haven’t invested much money in the playing side leaving boss Nigel Adkins with a tight squad.

Fortunately for the Tigers their excellent run of form, picking up 21 points from their last ten games, have seen them shoot up the Championship table and pull clear of the relegation zone ahead of an expected busy January period.
Bowen is crucial to his side, but Hull supporters will know it’s only a matter of time before the talented youngster departs the KCOM Stadium for a bigger club, and they can only hope they can use the transfer receipts to strengthen the team.
