Leicester City have been heavily linked with Burnley’s Michael Keane.

According to ESPN, Leicester City have made a £11 million bid for Burnley defender Michael Keane.
The report claims that the Clarets are determined not to lose the centre-back this summer yet Leicester’s offer gives them the chance to make a huge profit on the player they bought for £1.5 million.
The Foxes are intent on bolstering their squad this summer as net season they look to juggle the rigours of a Premier League campaign as well as the little matter of Champions League football.

With Wes Brown and Robert Huth the East Midlands side’s two first choice centre-backs, boss Claudio Ranieri has seemingly identified a younger defender as a priority this summer.
Keane, 23, joined Burnley from Manchester United 18 months ago and enjoyed a terrific full season at Turf Moor, helping the club make an immediate return to the top-flight by winning the Championship.
The 6ft 2inch defender started all but two of Burnley’s 46 league matches, and he averaged an impressive 2.3 interceptions and 4.7 effective clearances per Championship encounter.

Leicester have funds to play with this summer, and their imminent debut campaign in the Champions League will be a leading factor in their bid to land their top transfer targets.
Keane has proven to be a very capable defender, and Ranieri will see him an ideal long-term replacement for either Morgan or Huth who are both now in the twilight of their careers.
