Brighton and Hove Albion have been linked with youngster Nicolo Vallocchia.

According to a report by Gianluca di Marzio, Brighton and Hove Albion are attempting to bring in youngster Nicolo Vallocchia after he was released from his contract at Cesena.
The Italian report claims Cesena filed for bankruptcy, prompting several players to leave the club including their 16-year-old play-maker Vallocchia, who came through the club’s youth ranks.
The Seagulls have already made several new signings this summer, as manager Chris Hughton looks to avoid a potential second-season syndrome following their 2016-17 promotion to the Premier League.
Brighton were comfortable last time out as they preserved their top-flight status, and now the aim must be to establish themselves with heavy backing this summer aiding their chances.
The likes of Florin Andone, Bernardo, Yves Bissouma, Percy Tau and Alireza Jahanbakhsh have moved to the Amex Stadium over the past six weeks with spending nearing the £50 million mark.

But Vallocchia is certainly one for the future, with the 16-year-old likely to team up with the Brighton academy team and work his way up through the age groups.
The Italian talent is a left-footed play-maker who seemingly could feature both through the middle and out wide. Signing him following Cesena’s money troubles could end up being a real coup for the south coast club.
Chris Hughton has already snapped up teenagers Joe Tomlinson and 20-year-old Hugo Keto for the U23 side this season as the former Newcastle United boss has one eye on long-term success at the club.
