Brighton and Hove Albion have been linked with Billy Arce.

According to a report in The Sun, Brighton and Hove Albion are closing in on the signing of Independiente del Valle youngster Billy Arce on a four-year deal.
It is said that the Seagulls are in advanced negotiations for the player and he will spend the first year of his contract out on loan with Spanish side Albacete.
Brighton have made several signings this summer as they look to bolster their squad and avoid the possibility of the renowned second-season syndrome following their Premier League survival last term.
The likes of Yves Bissouma, Florin Andone and record signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh have arrived at the Amex Stadium this summer to the excitement of the club’s supporters, but Arce is one for the future.
The Ecuadorian wide forward is a versatile player who has netted an impressive 12 goals in 34 outings for Independiente del Valle, earning the top-flight Young Player of the Year award.

The 20-year-old is certainly a top prospect for the future, and Brighton managing to secure his signature would be a real coup for the club as they plot a successful long-term stay in the top-flight.
