Millwall have been linked with Reading striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson.

Millwall manager Neil Harris says his side is edging closer to two deals this week when asked about the speculation surrounding a move for Reading striker Jon Dadi Bodvarsson, South London Press reports.
“We are in the market for another striker, one that can complement the players we have already. We are looking to add to that department this week. We’re pushing very hard to try and get two more players on the plane, but if it ends up as one then that is still fantastic,” Harris explained.
“Players have been identified and deals almost agreed with people. We are edging closer. I’m quite positive this week we are going to have some big news.”
A report last Sunday in the Sun claimed Millwall have agreed a £750,000 deal with Reading for Bodvarsson, and that the deal will help the Royals get out of their current soft transfer embargo.
Millwall boss Harris has identified the forward positions as an area to strengthen. The Lions lost Lee Gregory to Stoke City, while the experienced Steve Morrison has also left the club, joining Shrewsbury Town on loan.
Matt Smith has already arrived from Queens Park Rangers, but Bodvarsson, 27, could give Millwall a different outlook upfront and his record in the Championship is pretty impressive.

Since joining Reading from Wolverhampton Wanderers, the Iceland international has netted 14 goals in 29 league starts. However, he has often not been a regular at the Madejski Stadium.
Millwall finished just one place above the relegation zone last season. They will need to strengthen further this summer but adding Bodvarsson this week would be a good start.
