Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City are four points above Millwall in the table.

Neil Harris, manager of Millwall looks on during the Sky Bet Championship match between Millwall and Wolverhampton at The Den on December 26, 2017 in London, England.

Millwall manager Neil Harris believes Queens Park Rangers and Birmingham City are still in relegation trouble as teams enter the final month of the Championship campaign, South London Press report.

“Birmingham and QPR will still be looking over their shoulders with 44 points. They’ll be thinking they need to win at least another game. I think Blackburn would be quite comfortable,” Harris explained.

“It’s a dogfight. We’re scrapping and scrapping and in the last four or five weeks we have performed well. There are teams around us but we can’t control that.”

Following Tuesday’s round of games, Blackburn Rovers have now all-but assured their Championship safety with a 2-0 win over Derby County while Bolton Wanderers succumbed to yet another damaging defeat.

It’s looking increasingly like it will be one of six teams for the final relegation spot, with Rotherham United in 22nd on 39 points up to Birmingham who are in 17th position with 44 points.

Birmingham find themselves down there following a nine-point deduction after breaking FFP regulations. The Blues have the ability to get out, evident by their recent 1-0 victory over Leeds United.

QPR have won just one of their last 16 games. Their 65 goals conceded is the joint-third worse in the league, and they’re currently manager-less after dismissing Steve McClaren last month.

The Hoops will be looking nervously over their shoulders, and they travel to Millwall on Wednesday in what could be a decisive game come the end of the season.

Fellow strugglers Reading are at Norwich City. Wigan Athletic travel to playoff hopefuls Hull City and Rotherham host an Aston Villa side who have won six games in succession.

For Millwall and QPR, the clash at The Den represents a huge opportunity to put some distance between themselves and the bottom three while piling more pressure on their fellow relegation rivals.
