Norwich City signed Teemu Pukki on a free transfer in the summer.

Norwich City ace Marco Stiepermann has waxed lyrical over teammate Teemu Pukki, and believes the Finland international striker has grown into an experienced and valuable player, Eastern Daily Press report.
“What should I say about him? He’s just phenomenal. I think he was young when he played for Schalke and it was hard for him because they were playing in the Champions League, and he came from a relatively small club in Finland I guess,” Stiepermann explained.
“Now you can see he’s an experienced player and he knows where he has to stand to score goals. He’s relaxed and calm, but such a nice guy and I think he’s really good for the squad. I’m really happy we’ve got him.”
Pukki was signed by Norwich in the summer on a free transfer, after his contract had expired in Denmark with Brondby.
The 28-year-old had a previous spell in the UK with Scottish Premiership champions Celtic, but after scoring seven goals in 25 league appearances he was sold after just one season at the club.
Pukki has undoubtedly improved since then, and his form for Norwich this season would suggest that the Canaries picked up the bargain of the summer when bringing him to Carrow Road on a free.

He has 12 goals and two assists in 18 Championship starts, including seven in his last six games – two of which were last-minute winners over Millwall and, most recently, Bolton Wanderers.
Without his goals Norwich wouldn’t be sitting at the top of the Championship today, and Daniel Farke’s side’s promotion hopes may rest on keeping the in-from striker fit and injury free for the rest of the campaign.
